Dealing With A Death Of An Owner In The Chain Of Title

Marilyn Hoglen, Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of our Frisco office, has put together this video touching on the subject of the death of a home owner and the chain of title.

When there is a death of an owner in the chain of title, there are two ways in which the ownership interest of the deceased person pass at the time of death, either by a probated will or by intestate succession (by the laws of the State of Texas).

The staff at Republic Title is experienced in dealing with transactions involving these issues and stand ready to assist you and your client with your questions.
