Title represents seven underwriters, all
major national companies which can each insure,
co-insure or reinsure any single transaction up to
$306,000,000 under present Texas regulatory guidelines,
and in excess of such amounts through our secondary and
tertiary reinsurance agreements.
We are also able to close transactions in all
counties in Texas and in any other state by cooperating
with a local agent upon whom we can rely to provide the
service and product which you require.
Consequently, you are not “locked” into a
single underwriter and its exclusive agents around the
country.
We have closed numerous multi-state transactions
and, by utilizing the national division facilities of
our various underwriters, can coordinate the closing of
your transaction in virtually every state, the United
Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of
Western Europe.

Section 1031, of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, offers real
estate investors one of the last great investment
opportunities to build wealth and save taxes. By
completing an exchange, the seller/exchangor can
dispose of their investment property, use all of the
equity to acquire replacement investment property, defer
the capital gain tax that would ordinarily be paid, and
leverage all of their equity into the replacement
property. Go
