Republic Title's Residential Division consists of 21 offices located throughout Dallas, Collin, Denton, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties. Each residential office is staffed to close new home construction sales, residential resales and refinances of all types, as well as manufactured housing transactions. In addition, Republic's Corporate Office in Plano Texas contains the Residential Processing Group, which consists of 180 employees, closers and specialized loan and escrow processors,  residential refinance processing for the branch offices, corporate accounts for national account customers, providing interim loan closings, lot take-downs for our volume builder clients. All support services for these functions are also located at this office. All of Republic Title's offices are linked by its centralized computer system which permits all personnel working at either the Corporate Office or in the branches to access the closing file to assist in work flow and data input.
