Republic Title, with roots beginning in 1965, has grown into one of the largest title insurance companies in Texas with offices in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall and Tarrant counties. In 1991, founders Bill Kramer, Chairman of the Board, Paul Pulliam, Chief Executive Officer, and David Shuttee, President and Chief Operating Officer, joined together to form the senior management team of the present company, Republic Title of Texas, Inc. Each of these principals, as well as Vice Chairman Ward Williford, and Jeff Davis, Chairman of our Fort Worth Division, are attorneys with three decades of experience each in the title insurance industry, earning Republic Title the widespread respect of peers and customers alike. Today Republic Title has over 500 employees in 21 locations. Our Commercial and Residential Divisions have the expertise, experience and client base that have enabled Republic Title to develop into one of the strongest title insurance operations in the country.
