Republic Title’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Texas Escrow Company, Inc., is a “qualified intermediary” under the applicable IRS regulations and acts as the facilitator in connection with tax-deferred exchange transactions. Exchangors are advised to consult with their own counsel and tax advisors, but Texas Escrow Company has all forms available for the exchange process from the exchange agreement through sale, as well as designation and acquisition of the exchange tract.
