REPUBLIC TITLE REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION: To cancel a residential class, email training@republictitle.com or call 972.733.9444 or 817.792.5100; to cancel a commercial class, email commercial@republictitle.com or call 214.855.8828. If cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the course, 100% of the course fees will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the course, NO REFUND will be given (NO exceptions).
NON-REGISTRANTS: Though walk-ins are allowed, attendees are strongly encouraged to register as some classes maybe cancelled due to nominal registrations. At a minimum, non-registrants should call prior to walking in to insure that classes have not been cancelled.
TRANSFER OF FUNDS: There is NO transferring of funds from one course to another.
NO SHOW: If cancellation has not occurred prior to the 24 hour policy requirement and the event is a gratuitous event but the registrant does not attend, the registrant may be assessed a $25 no show fee depending on the event.
PUNCTUALITY: If a registrant arrives after coverage of the course material has commenced at any time during the course (including breaks), the registrant may take the course for informational purposes but MCE/SAE credit will not be given and class fees will be forfeited.
