Zoom - How to Provide Excellent Customer Service in Real Estate (10-08-2024)

This course is a general overview for those agents who have not worked in a customer service field and provides tips and best practices on how to serve and manage real estate clients’ expectations in a real estate transaction.

Students will learn about the different client demographics and customer types, and what kind of customer service each category desires from their agent. Attendees will also discuss best practices on how to go above and beyond to maintain the relationship before, during and after the closing to gain future business and more importantly, more referrals!
