TREC Rules require that all class attendees confirm their identity and utilize two-way video feed in order to be eligible for CE credit.

On February 1, 2021, sales agents and brokers will be required to complete at least three hours in contract-related coursework as part of the 18 hous of continuing education (CE) required to renew a license. (per TREC Website www.trec.texas.gov)
