Schuelke brings 27 years of transaction experience spanning residential, land development, and complex national commercial multi-site transactions. She joined Republic Title in 2011 and has played a critical role in strengthening the company’s commercial division.
As Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations, Melissa Schuelke oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial title division, ensuring efficient processes, risk management, and exceptional service on complex commercial transactions. She works closely with executive leadership, underwriting, and business development teams to support growth, strengthen client relationships, and maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.
