The North Texas housing market stayed active in August with inventory climbing across every county, giving buyers more choices and stretching out days on market. Prices held steady overall, with Collin and Dallas still posting gains, Denton and Rockwall showing some softening, and Tarrant inching higher despite fewer new listings. Condos remain a smaller segment, but across the board they saw slower sales even as inventory rose.
Bottom line: buyers have more time and options, sellers can still capture strong values. Republic Title is here to make sure every transaction closes smoothly and confidently.
