- Collin County saw slightly fewer new listings (down 0.7%) but a notable increase in active listings (up 21.5%). Homes stayed on the market longer (up 15.9%), yet closed sales rose strongly (up 13.5%), signaling solid buyer demand despite slower pace.
- Dallas County experienced a sharp decline in new listings (down 8.9%) alongside a double‑digit increase in active listings (up 11.6%). Days on market climbed 13.0%, and closed sales fell 4.3%, suggesting some cooling in buyer activity.
- Denton County had fewer new listings (down 5.8%) but one of the largest jumps in inventory (active listings up 21.9%). Homes took significantly longer to sell (days on market up 25.4%), though closed sales still managed a modest increase of 2.3%.
- Rockwall County stood out with new listings increasing (up 2.6%) while also posting higher days on market (up 10.2%) and active listings (up 11.2%). Closed sales rose a healthy 7.6%, reflecting steady buyer engagement.
- Tarrant County posted a moderate drop in new listings (down 4.6%) and slight rise in days on market (up 1.8%), paired with an 8.5% boost in active listings. Closed sales decreased by 4.6%, indicating softer demand.
