July 2025 DFW Real Estate Stats

The summer market is heated up with more homes hitting the market, longer selling times, and steady prices across North Texas.

Collin County led the way with new listings up more than 32%, while Dallas and Denton Counties also saw big jumps in inventory. Rockwall County posted a strong 17% increase in closed sales, and Tarrant County held steady with prices just under $457K. We’ve also included Condominium statistics for each county, so take a look!

The big picture? Buyers now have more choices, while sellers continue to see solid values in today’s market.
