June 2025 DFW Real Estate Stats

DFW real estate activity in June 2025 showed strong listing growth across most counties, with active inventory up significantly year-over-year. Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Rockwall counties all saw notable increases in new and closed sales, while Tarrant County lagged slightly in closed sales (-4.9%). Days on market rose everywhere, reflecting a slower pace, while prices were mixed—Dallas saw the biggest price gains (+17.5%), but Denton, Rockwall, and Tarrant experienced flat or declining price per square foot. Overall, buyers have more options, and sellers are adjusting expectations.
