Republic Title celebrated its 34th “Birthday” in November. Our employees celebrated by giving back to the community through The Birthday Party Project.
TBPP makes it possible for children experiencing homelessness to still be celebrated on their special day by providing birthday gifts, party supplies, favors, everything needed for a magical birthday party. As of 2025, TBPP has celebrated over 33,000 birthdays and hosted over 80,000 birthday party attendees.
Each Republic Title office was sent supplies to assemble party favor bags, including goodies generously donated by Spectrum Promotional. Over 1,000 party favor bags were assembled and donated by our employees for the second year in a row, spreading a little love and birthday magic across Texas.

In December, Republic Title Sponsored local Title 1 School, Barron Elementary’s Angel Tree. Our employees generously donated coats, toys, and clothing items requested specially by students in need. Over the years, RTT employees have sponsored Christmas for well over 200 children at BES, helping spread the Christmas cheer all children deserve.
Our greatest asset truly is our people, and what a testament to the giving spirit of this company and its amazing employees these holidays have been.
